Agreement

By creating an account or purchasing a KinderStoryWerk product, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including subscribers, gift purchasers, and institutional licensees.

What we provide

KinderStoryWerk generates personalized children's mystery stories using information you supply. Story content is AI-assisted and reviewed by human editors. Final story content may vary based on the information provided.

Account responsibilities

• You must be 18 or older to create an account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

• All information you provide about your child must be accurate and lawful to share

• You may not use the platform to generate content that is harmful, offensive, or illegal

Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date

• You may cancel at any time through your account settings

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused digital content; physical book orders that have entered production are non-refundable

• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers

Intellectual property

Stories generated by KinderStoryWerk are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may print and share your child's story within your family. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish story content without written permission from Workforce Mentor Corp.

Limitation of liability

KinderStoryWerk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
