KinderStoryWerk is a personalized children's mystery book platform operated by Workforce Mentor Corp. We create custom stories for children using information families choose to share with us.

• Child profile information — first name, age, hometown, interests, and any details you provide to personalize the mystery (e.g., pet names, favorite subjects, friend names)

• Parent/guardian account information — name, email address, billing information

• Usage data — how you interact with our platform, device type, browser type

We do not collect information directly from children. All information is provided by a parent or guardian.

How we use your information

• To generate and deliver personalized story content

• To process payments and manage your subscription

• To send order confirmations, updates, and support communications

• To improve our story generation and platform experience

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use child profile data for advertising.

Who we share information with

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform — including payment processors, cloud infrastructure, and AI generation services — under strict data use agreements. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain your account and child profile information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@kinderstorywerk.com. Child profile data is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
